No callout fee when you go ahead with the job. If you decide not to go ahead after the engineer has arrived, a £49 assessment fee covers the visit. Otherwise you pay for the job itself, at the price the engineer confirms with you before starting.
How does pricing work?

A £49 assessment fee applies only if you cancel after the engineer has arrived.
