What do you work on?

Front and back doors on homes and small businesses: lockouts, lock changes, lock repairs, uPVC and composite doors, window locks and repairs after a break-in. We do not work on cars or safes.

Do you charge a callout fee?

No callout fee when you go ahead with the job. If you decide not to go ahead after the engineer has arrived, a £49 assessment fee covers the visit. Otherwise you pay for the job itself, at the price the engineer confirms with you before starting.

How does pricing work?

Tell us the door, the lock and what has happened, and we give you a free quote on the phone. When the engineer arrives, they check the lock and confirm the final price with you before starting any work. Nothing is done without your agreement. A £49 assessment fee applies only if you cancel after the engineer has arrived.

No. The price is the same at 3am on a Sunday as it is at midday on a Tuesday, bank holidays included.
