What counts as an emergency
Being locked out, a lock that will not open or will not lock, a key snapped in the door, or a door damaged in a break-in. If you cannot get in, or cannot leave the house secure, it is an emergency and we treat it as one.
Day or night, including weekends and bank holidays, the price is the same. You get a quote on the phone, the nearest engineer drives to you and confirms the price before starting, and you pay when the door is working again.

Yes. We extract the broken piece and, if the lock is damaged, replace the cylinder there and then. Do not try to push the rest of the key in.

No callout fee when you go ahead with the job. If you decide not to go ahead after the engineer has arrived, a £49 assessment fee covers the visit. Otherwise you pay for the job itself, at the price the engineer confirms with you before starting.
