What we collect
- When you call us: your phone number, name, the address of the job, details of the door and lock, and notes about the job. Calls from our ads may go through a Google forwarding number, which gives us the time, length and area code of the call.
- When we do a job: the work done, the price and how you paid. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
- When you visit this website: technical data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, and, only if you accept cookies, advertising cookies that tell us which ad brought you here.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To send an engineer, do the job and take payment: to perform our contract with you.
- To keep job and payment records for tax and accounting: legal obligation.
- To handle complaints and protect against fraud: legitimate interests.
- To measure our advertising with cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
The locksmith engineer who attends your job, our phone and IT providers, our payment provider, our accountants, and Google (for ads measurement and call reporting, only as described in our cookie policy). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email office@locksmithsgroup.co.uk. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
